• 1 (8-ounce) package spaghetti
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 (16-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
• 1/2 cup butter, sliced and divided
• 1 (8-ounce) container cottage cheese
• 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 (8-ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
• Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
Step 2: Cook the Spaghetti

Step 3: Prepare the Meat Sauce
• In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
• Add the spaghetti sauce to the browned beef, stir to combine, and set aside.
Step 4: Assemble the First Layer
• Place half of the butter slices in the bottom of a 9×13-inch casserole dish. Layer half of the cooked spaghetti over the butter slices.
Step 5: Make the Cheese Mixture
• In a mixing bowl, blend together the cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
Step 6: Add the Cheese Layer
• Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the spaghetti layer in the casserole dish.
Step 7: Add the Remaining Spaghetti and Butter
• Add the remaining spaghetti on top of the cheese layer. Arrange the remaining butter slices over the spaghetti.
Step 8: Top with Meat Sauce
