Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe

Put the Ingredients in Order:
Check that the grains of your rice are separated and that the rice is cool. When using fresh rice, lay it out on a tray and put it in the refrigerator to allow it to chill and become more solid.

Using a big pan or wok, bring half of the vegetable oil to a medium-high temperature. This will be used to cook the shrimp. In approximately two to three minutes, add the shrimp, season them with a little bit of salt and pepper, and cook them until they are pink and opaque. Once the shrimp have been removed from the pan, put them aside.

To scramble the eggs, add the beaten eggs to the same pan and stir them around. While they are still cooking, give them a little stir. The shrimp should be removed and laid aside with them.

The vegetables should be sautéed by adding the leftover vegetable oil to the pan as well. Add the mixed veggies after the garlic has been sautéed until it has developed a fragrant aroma. Bake them until they have barely become pliable.
