Everyone at home enjoyed this meal, so I'm thinking of making it in bigger batches next time.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup queso sauce

2 green onions, chopped
Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
