2 medium-sized beetroots (raw or cooked)
1 large carrot
1 crisp apple (like Granny Smith or Fuji)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
A pinch of salt

How to Make It
Prepare the Vegetables:
If using raw beetroot, peel and grate it. If cooked, dice or grate as per your preference.
