Easy Hamburger Rice Casserole

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook Beef and Vegetables:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, cooking until softened. Drain any excess fat.
Combine Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, mix the cooked beef, onion, green pepper, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cooked rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Assemble the Casserole:
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread it out evenly and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake:
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
Optionally, garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving hot.
