4 large russet potatoes, peeled and grated
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
