Ingredients:
6 cups peeled and diced potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 teaspoons minced garlic
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, minced garlic, and chopped onion. Mix them together until well combined.
3. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
