- 4-5 lbs boneless pork shoulder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for a little kick)
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 cups barbecue sauce, divided
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper together to create your dry rub.
