Ingredients:
1.75 cups flour
1.5 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
4 ounces softened cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of kosher salt
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until well combined.
3. Add powdered sugar and mix until the mixture is smooth.
4. Beat in the egg, then add the baking powder, vanilla bean extract, and a pinch of kosher salt. Mix until everything is fully incorporated.
5. Gradually add the flour and mix until a soft cookie dough forms.
6. In a separate small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
7. Roll spoonfuls of cookie dough into balls, then roll each ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated.
8. Place the coated cookie dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
