1 box strawberry cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until well combined.
Gently fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate chips.
Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
