Prepare the filling:
Mash the avocado with a fork to obtain a puree.
Mix with the fromage blanc, lime juice, chives and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the rolls:
Lay a slice of smoked salmon flat. Spread a thin layer of the filling over the entire surface.
Gently roll up to form a tight roll.
