1 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, cashews)
1 cup mixed seeds (like sunflower seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds)
½ cup oats
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
¼ cup nut butter (such as peanut butter, almond butter, or cashew butter)
2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Optional: dark chocolate chips or dried fruit for extra flavor

1. Prepare the mixture
