Remove tartar from your teeth and whiten them with this simple recipe.

It is important to brush your teeth after every meal, using a medium-hard toothbrush and quality toothpaste.
It is recommended to floss at least once a day (yes, in addition to brushing your teeth).

With mouthwash, we can eliminate bacteria that have settled in areas less accessible to the toothbrush (although mouthwashes do not replace a regular routine of brushing twice a day and flossing, they do help remove excess food debris from the teeth).
Using a dental irrigator allows you to clean even areas that are inaccessible by other systems, such as under the gum line.
Baking soda
Baking soda is one of the best home remedies to remove tartar from your teeth.
You will need to prepare a mixture of two parts baking soda to one part salt, mixing it well with a little water.
Dip the toothbrush in the mixture and rub it on the areas where tartar has accumulated.
It is very important to remember that you must then rinse your mouth thoroughly, preferably with a dental irrigator, because there must be no trace of baking soda left, as contact with the client can damage the enamel.
Lemon juice
Lemon has fantastic bactericidal properties, so in this case, mix the juice of half a lemon with about 150 ml of water and use it to rinse your mouth as if it were a mouthwash.
