Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch springform pan.
Prepare the Batter:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, starting and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
Assemble the Cake:
Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and spread it evenly.
Arrange the apple slices on top of the batter in a circular pattern, slightly overlapping them to create a rose-like design.
Sprinkle the raisins over the apples.
