• Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans or line them with parchment paper for easy removal.

Step 2: Cream Butter and Sugar

• In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. This incorporates air into the batter, ensuring a tender crumb.

• Add the vegetable oil and mix until fully combined.

• Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and white vinegar.
