Strawberry Crumble Donuts

Donut Batter:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the chopped strawberries.

Crumble Topping:

In a small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and cubed butter. Use your fingertips to rub the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Baking:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.

Spoon the donut batter into the pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.

Top each donut with a spoonful of strawberry jam, followed by the crumble topping.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the donuts are golden and cooked through.

Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
