2 tbsp butter

Prepare the Potatoes:
Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and let them cool slightly.
Mash the potatoes in a bowl until smooth.
Add parsley, onion, garlic, diced bell pepper, and 50 g of grated cheese.
Season with salt and black pepper, then mix thoroughly.
Form the Dough:
Gradually add cornstarch and flour to the potato mixture until it forms a pliable dough.
Roll the dough into a flat sheet and cut it into thin strips.
Place the strips in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to firm up.
Fry the Potato Strips:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the strips on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
