Limoncello Tiramisu Recipe
Ingredients
For the Limoncello Syrup:
1/2 cup limoncello
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
For the Lemon Mascarpone Cream:
8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream, cold
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (adjust to taste)
For Assembly:
24–30 ladyfinger cookies (savoiardi)
Lemon zest, for garnish
Fresh lemon slices or mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
