In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture is foamy and light in color.
Add the sour cream, vegetable oil and the juice of half a lemon. Mix well to combine all wet ingredients.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder to make sure there are no lumps.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing with gentle movements and stirring until the mixture is well incorporated.
Pour the mixture onto the cooled base of the mold, taking care to distribute it evenly.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Once cooked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before removing it completely from the oven. Then place it on a wire rack to cool completely.
