Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups (400 ml) heavy whipping cream (very cold)
2 packs of Maria cookies
14 oz (400 g) dulce de leche
Instructions:
Whip the Cream:
Beat the cold heavy cream in a mixer until firm but without forming peaks.
Combine with Dulce de Leche:
Add the dulce de leche to the whipped cream and continue beating until the mixture forms firm peaks.
