Garlic Butter Pork Chops with Creamy Potato Casserole

Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Grab a skillet and heat up the olive oil over medium-high heat. Take the pork chops and season them with salt, pepper, and a bit of thyme. Sear them in the hot skillet for around 4 to 5 minutes on each side until they’re beautifully golden brown. Once done, set them aside for a moment.
In the same skillet, melt the butter and toss in the minced garlic. Let it sauté for about a minute or two until the garlic becomes fragrant.
