PreparationStart by peeling and cutting the potatoes into medium cubes.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes until they are half cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate bowl, beat the 6 eggs. Mix in the dried garlic, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste.
Add the half-cooked potatoes to the bowl with the eggs and mix well. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
In an oven-safe dish, pour the potato and egg mixture. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
