Liver layer and seasoning: Place half of the fried liver on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Onion Preparation: In a separate pan, sauté onions in oil until soft. Add turmeric and paprika and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Additional Layers: Place a layer of fried onions on top of the liver, followed by the remaining apples and liver.
Final Layer: Finish by placing the remaining onions on top.
Cooking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
