I love preparing this dessert, it is easy, quick and the ingredients are simple, impossible to go wrong. Preparing this recipe has become sacred on Sunday, I taught it to my youngest daughter and she succeeded the first time.

How to make the little cake flans in glasses!
Ingredients:

Caramel:

¾ cup (150 g) sugar
4 tablespoons (40 ml) water
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Flan:

1 egg yolk (keep the white, we will use it later)
3 whole eggs
4 tablespoons (60 g) sugar
320 ml milk
