Preheating:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
Mixing the ingredients:
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and olive oil.
Add the flour and baking powder, then mix until you get a smooth dough.
Stir in the ham, olives, cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence if desired.
Mold preparation:
Pour the mixture into a cake tin that has been previously buttered or lined with baking paper.
Cooking :
Bake for about 45 minutes , or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
