2 cups fresh pumpkin (peeled and cubed)
1 cup water or coconut water
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Pinch of cinnamon or splash of lemon juice (optional)
How to Make It:
Peel and chop the pumpkin into small pieces.
Blend the pumpkin and water (or coconut water) until smooth.
Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
