Ingredients:
1 egg
100 g flour
200 ml milk
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp sugar (optional, depending on your preference)
Preparation:
Prepare the dough
In a large bowl, break the egg and whisk well.
Add the flour and a pinch of salt (and sugar if desired).
Gradually stir in the milk until a smooth batter forms. If the batter is too thick, you can add a little more milk.
