Step 4: Assemble the Bake
Sprinkle the crumbly cake mixture evenly over the pineapple slices.
Pour the reserved pineapple juice evenly over the top to moisten the cake mix.
Step 5: Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes , or until the topping is golden brown and bubbly.
If the top starts to brown too quickly, cover loosely with foil during the last 10 minutes of baking.
