A natural recipe to clean arteries and lower cholesterol

2 lemons (preferably organic, with skin)
2 cloves of garlic
1 piece of fresh ginger, 1.2 cm (optional but recommended)
1 liter of mineral water
Preparation :
Wash lemons thoroughly , especially if they are not organic. To remove pesticides, soak them in water with a tablespoon of baking soda for 45 minutes .
Cut the lemons in half and squeeze them to obtain the juice.
Crush the garlic cloves and grate the fresh ginger.
Boil the water in a saucepan and add the remaining lemon zest (from pressing).
Add the garlic and ginger to the boiling water , cover and turn off the heat.
Let stand for 20 minutes , filter the mixture, add the lemon juice and store it in a glass jar in the refrigerator .
How to consume this drink?
Drink 150 to 200 ml every morning on an empty stomach for 10 to 14 days . Then, take a 10-day break before continuing if necessary. If the drink seems too acidic, you can dilute it with a little water .
Caution: If you suffer from high blood pressure , avoid adding ginger to the recipe.
