Gooey butter peach cobbler

1. Preheat Oven & Melt Butter

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place ½ stick butter in a 9×13 baking pan and melt it in the oven.

2. Prepare the Crust

In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

Pour half of this mixture into the baking pan over the melted butter. Do not stir.

3. Make the Peach Layer

In a saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, flour, and salt.

Heat over medium until it thickens slightly.

Spoon the peach mixture evenly over the crust layer in the pan.

4. Make the Gooey Layer

In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, eggs, powdered sugar, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Spread this mixture evenly over the peaches.
