Sticky Honey Garlic Ribs Recipe

Preparation

1️⃣ Cook the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Drizzle with vegetable oil and massage it into the meat.

Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and bake for 2.5 hours, until they are tender.

2️⃣ Prepare the Sauce

In a saucepan, sauté chopped garlic in a bit of oil over medium heat.

Add honey, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and ginger.

Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.

3️⃣ Glaze and Caramelize

Remove the ribs from the oven and increase the temperature to 200°C (390°F).

Generously brush the ribs with the honey garlic sauce.

Return to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, to caramelize the surface.

4️⃣ Serve
