AIR FRYER POACHED EGGS

Preheat air fryer to 350°F (177°C) using the air fry/air crisp setting — about 3 minutes.

Lightly spray ramekins with oil and rub it around the edges (use fingers or a food brush).

Add 3 tablespoons of hot water into each ramekin.

Crack one egg into each ramekin.

Place ramekins directly into the air fryer basket or tray.

Cook for 5–8 minutes, depending on yolk preference (see doneness guide below).

Carefully remove ramekins and let cool briefly.

Use a rubber spatula to loosen the edges and slide eggs out gently.

Serve on toast or a breakfast bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
