Ingredients (Serves 1-2):
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

A pinch of black pepper

Instructions :
In a small saucepan, combine the milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
Heat over medium-low heat, whisking continuously to avoid boiling.
Once warm (but not boiling), remove from heat and stir in the honey or sweetener.
Add coconut oil or ghee, if using, and whisk until fully incorporated.
Strain the mixture into mugs if using fresh turmeric or ginger.
