Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or heat a grill to medium-high.
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells and gently pull the meat upward, resting it on top.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Cook the Lobster Tails:
Bake for 10-12 minutes or grill for 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly firm.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle with extra garlic butter.
Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite side dish.
