• 1 tablespoon raw honey (preferably organic)

• ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

• ½ teaspoon turmeric powder (or fresh turmeric, grated)

• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)

• 1 tablespoon chia seeds

• 1 cup warm water (or lukewarm plant-based milk for a creamy version)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Prepare the Chia Seeds

• In a small bowl or cup, add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to ½ cup of warm water.

• Stir well and let it sit for 10-15 minutes until it forms a gel-like consistency. This helps with better digestion and absorption.

Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients

• In a separate cup, mix ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder and ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder.

• Stir to combine evenly.

Add the Liquid Ingredients

• Pour 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar into the mixture.

• Add 1 tablespoon of raw honey and mix well until it dissolves completely.

• Slowly add 1 cup of warm water or lukewarm plant-based milk, stirring continuously.

Step 4: Add the Soaked Chia Seeds

• Once the chia seeds have absorbed water and turned into a gel, add them to the prepared mixture.

• Stir well to distribute the seeds evenly.
