Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

½ medium onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

3 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups farfalle (bowtie) pasta

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Brown the Beef:
In a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease if needed.

Sauté Aromatics:
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3–4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Combine Liquids & Pasta:
