2-Minute Coffee Mousse
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
1 dl strong, cold black coffee (freshly brewed or iced)
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
1 tablespoon sugar or other sweetener (to taste)
2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese (or thick Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)
Preparation (approximately 2 minutes):
Coffee Preparation (if needed): If using uniced coffee, prepare a strong cup of coffee and let it cool slightly so it's not hot.
Blending Ingredients: In a small bowl or mug, combine the cold black coffee with the instant coffee powder and sugar (or sweetener). Stir until the instant coffee and sugar are dissolved.
