Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup whole milk
For the Strawberry Buttercream:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
3-4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Mix the dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Make the batter: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and melted white chocolate until well combined.

Add the dry ingredients and milk: Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour. Mix until just combined.
