White Chocolate Strawberry Cupcakes

Make the strawberry buttercream: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth. Add the pureed strawberries and vanilla extract, then gradually beat in the powdered sugar until the buttercream reaches your desired consistency. You may need to add more powdered sugar depending on how juicy the strawberries are.

Frost and serve: Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, frost them with the strawberry buttercream. Garnish each cupcake with a fresh strawberry, if desired, and serve!
