1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (Philadelphia-style), softened
4 ripe mangoes, divided (3 for blending, 1 for topping)
Optional:
1 tsp lemon zest (for brightness)
