Directions:
1. Preheat vegetable oil in a deep fryer to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, chili powder, Sazon, salt, garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, cold water, and hot sauce.
4. Season the chicken with 1 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons paprika in another bowl.
5. Coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, then dip it in the egg batter, and coat it again in the flour mixture. Shake off any excess flour.
6. Let the coated chicken rest for 15 minutes before frying for best results.
7. Deep fry the chicken in the preheated oil at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can marinate the chicken in buttermilk for a few hours before coating and frying.
