Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (about 1 small bunch)

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3 large eggs

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional, for extra flavor)

1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Crust

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • If using a frozen pie crust, let it thaw slightly before baking.

  • Place the crust in a 9-inch pie dish (if not already in one).

  • Prick the bottom lightly with a fork to prevent air bubbles.

  • Optional: Blind-bake the crust for 5–7 minutes for extra crispiness (cover with parchment paper and pie weights or dried beans).
