1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (about 1 small bunch)

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

3 large eggs

½ cup heavy cream

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Crust

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

If using a frozen pie crust, let it thaw slightly before baking.

Place the crust in a 9-inch pie dish (if not already in one).
