Dates are rich in dietary fiber, natural sugars, and antioxidants. They help regulate bowel movements, feed healthy gut bacteria, and reduce constipation.
Ginger has been used for centuries to reduce inflammation, combat bloating, and promote healthy digestion by speeding up gastric emptying and relieving nausea.
Together, they support natural intestinal detoxification, easing symptoms like gas, indigestion, and sluggish digestion.
5–7 Medjool dates (pitted)
1-inch piece of fresh ginger root (peeled and sliced)
1 cup warm water or plant-based milk (for blending)
Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice or a pinch of cinnamon for extra digestive support
1. Soak the dates
Place pitted dates in warm water for about 10–15 minutes to soften them.
2. Blend ingredients
Add soaked dates, ginger slices, and 1 cup of water into a blender. Blend until smooth. You may strain for a smoother texture, but keeping the pulp adds more fiber.
