How to Make Clove Tea

Ingredients:
5–6 whole cloves
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of honey (optional, avoid sugar)
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
Boil the Cloves: In a small pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the cloves and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Strain the Liquid: Remove the cloves and pour the tea into a cup.
Add Lemon and Honey: Stir in the juice of one lemon and honey if desired.
