Ingredients (for about 4 servings):
½ onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

4 cups mushrooms (about 300 g), sliced

¼ cup all-purpose flour

2 cups vegetable broth (about 480 ml)

2 cups heavy cream (about 480 ml)

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

A little oil or butter for sautéing
