Beef Lo Mein Recipe:

Ingredients:
8 ounces of pasta (prepared as per the instructions)
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1/4 cup of freshly boiled water
1 tablespoon of beef bouillon
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 pound of beef
2 carrots, thinly sliced
2 cups of broccoli florets
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
Oil
Instructions:
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain them and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the sesame oil, hot boiled water, beef bouillon, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well to dissolve the bouillon and sugar. Set aside.
Heat some oil (olive or sesame) in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Slice the beef into thin strips and add it to the heated pan. Stir-fry the beef until it is browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside.
In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed, and then add the carrots, broccoli, onion, and garlic cloves. Stir-fry the vegetables for a few minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Add the cooked noodles and the beef back to the pan with the vegetables.
Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles, beef, and vegetables. Stir everything together to evenly coat the ingredients with the sauce.
Continue stir-frying for a couple of minutes until everything is heated through and the flavors have melded together.
