Prepare the Bolognese sauce:
In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and onion and sauté until golden and fragrant.
Add the ground beef and cook until completely browned.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Repeat this process until you have finished with all the ingredients, making sure the last layer is Bolognese sauce.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the last layer.
Bake:
Place the lasagna in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Rest and Serve:
Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
