Holy moly! Saw this online and knew I had to make it. Changed a few things and this recipe really worked

Smothered Cheesy Sour Cream Chicken:

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 slices mozzarella cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
2. Place chicken breasts in casserole dish.
3. In a bowl, mix sour cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and cornstarch until well combined.
4. Top each breast with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
5. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle rest of Parmesan cheese over the dish.
6. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
