So amazing! This was a staple at our Thanksgiving dinner but we also ate it all year round! That good!

Easy Scalloped Potatoes:
Ingredients:
3 pounds thinly sliced russet potatoes
3 cups heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves minced (optional)
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, salt, pepper, garlic, and minced fresh thyme (if using). Mix well to ensure even coating.
3. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish generously to prevent sticking. Layer the potato mixture evenly in the casserole dish. Pour the cream mixture over.
4. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and top is lightly brown.
