Herb-Crusted Baked Cod

Ingredients
4 cod fillets
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the olive oil over the breadcrumb mixture and stir until well combined.
Place the cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet and press the breadcrumb mixture onto each fillet, ensuring an even coating.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
